Admired among peers and fans for his illuminating storytelling and sticky melodies, Nashville singer-songwriter Campbell Harrison molds multiple genres into a style that’s both recognizable and very much his own. Even though his sound can be accurately described as "modern folk," much of his music leans to alt-country, roots-rock, and just plain Americana.
“But don’t let the Americana label and his high voice fool you,” says Gregory Sweet of KSVR FM. “There’s a hard edge to his music along with deep lyrics, melodic hooks and great musicianship.”
His latest album, “Dig The Motion,” was released on all streaming platforms and major retailers April 1, 2022. An almost exclusively acoustic endeavor, Harrison recorded stripped down versions of his new music with bluegrass instrumentation. His first single is a good representation... "Sleeping In Kathmandu," a lyrically driven song full of hooks that almost begs for a sing-along.
